Important Christmas Delivery Information
We would like to thank our lovely customers for their continued support and wish you all a very Merry Christmas!
We will be closing over the Christmas period which means that any orders placed after 1pm on Friday 20th December will not be packed and posted out until the New Year. You will still be able to place orders, but they will not be sent out during this period and the dispatch / delivery estimates will not apply.
Royal Mail suggested posting dates in time for Christmas
Australia - Saturday 7th December 2024
Ireland - Monday 16th December 2024
USA - Friday 13th December 2024
New Zealand - Monday 9th December 2024
All items are quickly dispatched from Buckinghamshire, UK via Royal Mail.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours*, Monday – Friday. *Excludes clothing which is made to order and usually dispatches in 3-5 working days.
Where applicable, low cost delivery is calculated and shown on the checkout.
Standard delivery is Royal Mail 48 and there is also the option to upgrade to a faster service on the checkout page.
FREE Royal Mail 48 delivery to the UK is offered for orders £30+.
Delivery estimates are shown below. These are the approximate delivery times once your items have been processed and packed. Please note these may be longer during busy times of year such as Black Friday / Bank Holidays / Christmas

Orders are quickly dispatched Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays (excludes Bank Holidays).
If you have a tracking number, please enter it on the Royal Mail website. Letterbox items will only update when delivery has been attempted / is successful, parcels will show more detailed tracking information.

When ordering small quantities of yarn, this may be vacuum packed. This doesn't damage the yarn, it simply springs back to life when released from it's packaging.
International Delivery
We will be adding International delivery options in the coming weeks.
Delivery costs will be calculated on the checkout - a 2Kg Limit applies.
At the moment we are offering shipping to the following countries via Royal Mail International Tracked delivery.
- New Zealand (7-10 Working Days)
- USA (7-10 Working Days)
- Republic of Ireland (4-6 Working Days)
Please note delivery times may vary depending on how long it takes to clear customs.
All our orders are shipped from the UK, so you may be charged import duties, VAT / taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are solely your responsibility. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order
