UK Delivery

Orders are quickly dispatched Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays (excludes Bank Holidays).

All orders are handled by Royal Mail - postage is calculated on our checkout and you will be provided with a tracking number on dispatch.

Please note, Royal Mail are implementing changes from July 2025 where 2nd class letters will no longer be delivered every day of the week. The postie will deliver these every other day.

International Delivery

UPDATE USA & Australia Pattern Orders

We are pleased to confirm that we are now able to ship printed knitting and crochet pattern leaflet orders to both the USA and Australia.

At the moment, this service is for pattern-only orders. We are not currently shipping yarn, buttons, tools or other products internationally.

USA

USA pattern orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and are delivered in the USA by USPS. Shipping is charged at a flat rate at checkout.

Printed knitting and crochet pattern leaflets are not subject to US import duty, and we pre-pay any applicable import processing charges where required, so there should be nothing further to pay on delivery.

Australia

Australia pattern orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping is charged at a flat rate at checkout.

Printed knitting and crochet pattern leaflets are generally not subject to Australian import duties or GST when purchased in the quantities we supply, so there should normally be nothing further to pay on delivery.

Please note that delivery times can vary due to customs processing and local postal handling.

We hope to expand international shipping to additional countries in the future.
