We’ll be closing over the Christmas period.

Last order date for dispatch this year:

2pm Monday 22nd December 2025

You can still order after this date, but your order won’t be posted out until we’re back from our break in the New Year.

UK Delivery

Orders are quickly dispatched Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays (excludes Bank Holidays).

All orders are handled by Royal Mail - postage is calculated on our checkout and you will be provided with a tracking number on dispatch.

STANDARD

RM48 Tracked Delivery estimate: 3-5 working days after dispatch

EXPRESS

RM24 Tracked Delivery estimate: 1-2 working days after dispatch

Please note, Royal Mail are implementing changes from July 2025 where 2nd class letters will no longer be delivered every day of the week. The postie will deliver these every other day.

When ordering small quantities of yarn, this may be vacuum packed. This doesn't damage the yarn, it simply springs back to life when released from it's packaging.

International Delivery

Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer international delivery due to changes in legislation and delivery services. We thank our international customers for their custom over the years.
